Good morning everyone.... I find myself with the overwhelming need to begin a blog to journal my thoughts on some of the idiocy I see in our great country today. I think the best thing would be to provide at least a brief introduction so that you have a more complete picture of where I am coming from.
I am a married, conservative, christian, right-wing, male that fits into the 18-45 year old bracket you are always hearing about that supposedly is where every politician is trying to prove them self and get votes. I hold a Master degree in Counseling Education and currently work behind enemy lines at a Texas Mental Health and Mental Retardation facility. I am a committed listener to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Mike Gallagher.
Ok.. now that all the Democrats in the audience have left, having written me off as a right-wing nutjob... a little bit about my political views.
I believe in smaller government, lower taxes, national security, kicking the immigrants completely out of our country one person at a time and most importantly... personal responsibility. I believe the government has absolutely no idea how I want my money spent in terms of my health care, housing or retirement fund. I believe in school vouchers, privatization of social security and the right for me to not only own a gun, but protect my family with it if the need arises.
So now you know a little bit about me... I am just slightly to the right of Rush Limbaugh... but overall I am easy enough to get along with. :)
